Consulting on LED screen installation

The LED screen resembles a large TV, but the structure and operating principle are not the same as a TV because the LED system is made from separate LED modules into a large-sized LED screen, and different shapes create screens with diverse and rich sizes.

LED is the English acronym for Light Emitting Diode. It uses electroluminescent diodes as a backlight. LED screens are made up of pixels, in which each pixel has 3 basic colors: R (red), G (green), and B (blue), creating a high-quality Fullcolor screen. The combination of colors allows images to be displayed vividly and eye-catching, with a color palette of hundreds of millions of colors, including white. This is the most important parameter of the screen, called pixels or pitch. Therefore, it is widely applied in many different fields and installation spaces.

LED screen structure

An LED screen has a quite complex structure, with many parts assembled, including:

  • A module of LED screen
  • Receipt card
  • Transmitting card
  • The screen’s image processor
  • Cabinet
  • The source
  • Flight case

(Depending on usage needs and installation space, accessories can be added or removed to best suit. While still ensuring optimal display capabilities of the screen)

The standard size of the LED screen

LED screen sizes can be customized according to user needs. Therefore, this is also a great advantage so customers can easily choose while avoiding waste and ensuring the most reasonable presentation ability. However, the modules also have separate fixed sizes, making it easier for customers to choose. Ensuring the quality of presentation and display of images and videos on the screen:

  • P2.5 LED screen: Module 160 mm x 160 mm
  • LED screen P3, P6: 192 mm x 192mm
  • With P4 LED screen: 128mm x 256mm
  • LED screen P5, P10: 160 mm x 320mm
